Returns and refunds

We want you to be 100% happy with your Daphne & Margot order. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, we are happy to issue a full refund to you. If you need a different size or style we are happy to send a replacement once the item is returned.

Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order in an unworn state, including your delivery note or a note of your name, address and email. We recommend you return items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.
